There are many ways to come home to yourself.

Some of the most powerful self-discovery doesn't happen in a one-on-one session. It happens when you sit down with images and scissors and start listening to what your hands know. When a room full of parents finally finds language for the exhaustion and love they carry. When a group of people gathers to talk honestly about death over good coffee.

These offerings are for individuals, couples, families, schools, and organizations who want to go deeper — in a way that feels accessible, grounded, and genuinely human.

SoulCollage®

Making cards.
Meeting yourself.

SoulCollage® is an intuitive collage practice for self-discovery — and no, you don't need to be artistic. Not even a little.

Using images cut from magazines, books, or other media, you create your own personal deck of cards. Each card represents a different part of you and your world — your inner critic, your most beloved park, your resilient self, your warrior archetype, the version of you that shows up under pressure, the one that comes out when you finally feel safe. Your deck grows over time and becomes a tool for reflection, journaling, and the kind of self-understanding that changes how you move through the world.

SoulCollage® was developed by Seena B. Frost and is used worldwide in therapy, coaching, spiritual direction, and personal growth. It is not therapy — but it is deeply therapeutic. It is not art — but it is genuinely artistic. And it truly works for everyone.

I'm a trained and certified SoulCollage® facilitator. I offer it because it does something words alone often can't: it gives voice to the parts of you that want to be better known.

Ways to Experience the Practice

SoulCollage® Offerings

A Taste of SoulCollage®

Curious about SoulCollage® but not sure where to begin? This is the place to start. In a warm, welcoming circle, you'll learn the fundamentals of the SoulCollage® process, create your first cards, and experience the gentle power of letting images speak. No art experience needed — and no agenda beyond showing up with curiosity. Many people leave surprised by what they discovered about themselves in just a few hours.

Studio Nights

Drop-in community evenings to make your SoulCollage® cards in a warm, unhurried space. Come with curiosity, leave with a card...or two...or three...but definitely with increased self-knowledge. Prerequisite: a beginner SoulCollage® workshop (such as A Taste of SoulCollage®) or the free online basics course through the SoulCollage® Institute.

Online Offerings

Bring the SoulCollage® experience into your own space. Classes vary between card-making time, A Taste of SoulCollage®, and specialized workshops — all hosted by Katharine Zink over Microsoft Teams and open to anyone with a computer, a wifi connection, and a desire to create. A supply list will be sent upon sign-up so you're ready to dive in from wherever you are. Have a timezone that doesn't quite fit? Reach out — I'd love to find a time that works for you.

Specialized Workshops

Themed workshops that go deeper into the SoulCollage® process. Each one is built around a specific theme — life transitions, grief, identity, creative expression, seasonal change — and creates a contained space to explore one thread of your inner life more fully. Some run for a single afternoon; others unfold across two or three sessions. If there's a theme calling to you, reach out — workshops can also be shaped around a topic you bring.

Little Souls, Big Impact

Kids are natural SoulCollagers — they take to the process intuitively, choosing images that speak directly from the heart. Children as young as 4 have benefited from this joyful, creative practice. In these classes, children create MeCards: collaged cards paired with "I AM..." reflections that help them explore who they are and what matters to them. No artistic skill required — just curiosity and a pair of rounded scissors. Offered as kid-only classes and as shared family experiences, this is a wonderful entry point for young souls beginning their own SoulCollage® journey.

Private & Personalized

SoulCollage® shaped entirely around you — for individuals, couples, or small groups of friends or family, whether you're down the road or across the country or world. In-person sessions are available in and around Colorado Springs and across Colorado, and for the right gathering, travel is possible. Online sessions are a beautiful way for far-flung friends, siblings, or family members to create together and feel genuinely close, no matter where they are. A meaningful birthday gathering, a quiet creative afternoon, a way to slow down with people you love — private sessions hold whatever you bring.

Retreats

Sometimes growth wants
more than an hour a week.

Retreats create time and space to go deeper — to step out of daily life and into something more intentional. These experiences are designed to be honest, held with care, and genuinely worth your time.

Tend & Restore

Self-Care Retreat

A chance to stop moving long enough to remember what you need. These retreats blend reflection, creative practice, rest, and gentle inquiry — for people who give a great deal of themselves and want to make space for their own becoming.

Creative Kindergarten for Adults

Creative Expression Retreat

A day — or a weekend — of creating and expressing as a way of knowing yourself better. These retreats weave together SoulCollage®, writing, movement, and SandTray work into an experience that is playful, reflective, and genuinely nourishing. No artistic experience required.

From I to We

Couples Retreat

For couples who want to reconnect, communicate more clearly, or simply spend intentional time together away from the noise of daily life. These retreats are not couples therapy — they're an invitation to slow down, share honestly, and leave with more clarity and closeness than you came with.

Rooted in Love and Learning

Parenting Retreat

Parenting is one of the most meaningful — and most exhausting — things a person can do. These retreats create space to reflect on who you're becoming as a parent, and to honor a truth that often goes unspoken: our children have as much to teach us as we have to teach them. Come to reconnect with what you value, and leave with a clearer sense of yourself in that most important role.

The Human Side of Work

Team Building Retreat

For organizations and teams who want to build genuine connection, improve communication, and bring more humanity into the workplace. These are not trust-fall experiences. They're thoughtful, grounded, and built around real conversation and shared humanity.

Death by Design

End-of-Life Retreat

A warm, open, and genuinely welcoming gathering to do the things most of us keep putting off — writing your obituary, planning your funeral, clarifying your values, wishes, and the legacy you want to leave — and talking about what you want. Death doesn't have to catch us unprepared. This retreat helps you make peace with it, plan for it, and find — perhaps surprisingly — freedom in it.

All retreat formats are available for private booking.

For Organizations & Groups

Bring the work to your people.

Whether you're a school administrator looking for a parent education series, a community organization planning a meaningful event, or a team leader wanting something more than a standard training day — I'd love to talk about what that could look like.

All workshops and most retreat formats are available for private and organizational bookings, in-person or online — and each can be shaped and personalized to fit the unique needs, interests, and goals of your group. Pricing is based on group size, format, and location. Reach out and let's figure out what fits.
